Grace is not a medical provider
Grace45 is a wellness companion app. Nothing in this app — including Grace AI responses, articles, community posts, or any other content — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services.
Grace45 is currently in private beta, available by invitation only. During beta, features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable. By using Grace45 during beta, you acknowledge that the app is under active development.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Grace45. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where this requirement is not met.

You own the content you post. By posting to the Grace45 community, you grant us a limited license to display that content to other community members and, if you have opted in, to use it to improve Grace AI responses for the community.
You are responsible for ensuring that anything you post does not violate the rights of others.
Grace AI generates responses based on your health context and general wellness knowledge. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not make medical decisions based solely on what Grace AI tells you.
We continuously improve Grace AI, and response quality and behavior may change over time.
You may stop using Grace45 and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. During beta, we may also discontinue the service with reasonable notice to users.
Grace45 is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. During beta, you should expect occasional downtime and bugs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grace45 and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated content.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law, or in courts located in Washington State.
We will notify you by email if we make material changes to these terms. Continued use of Grace45 after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
